  • Yes, please check with our friendly sales personnel via Phone/Chat/Email. We try our best to provide the closest match to meet your request and with lowest MOQ possible.

  • As our items are priced according to bulk production, the price of the item will decrease as quanitity increases.


  • Yes, but you will be subjected to be charge up to 75% of total order cost for the cancellation fee.

  • Yes. This is subjected to the production phrase of your order.

  • The minimum order quantity is 30.

  • Yes, please check with our Gift Experts for pricing in this case.

  • Giftmarket will offer refund if the items fail to meet the artwork as per approved by customer or failed to perform the required function.

  • Please find out on our website by selecting the product, quantity and your desired print and the estimated lead time will be displayed on the webpage. You can also enquiry with our Gift Experts via Phone/Chat/Email.

Artwork and Design

  • Yes, We have in-house designers to assist you on the logo placement for your order for production.

  • We'll need a high resolution image of the logo in Vector (AI, EPS or PDF) format. Do let us know the Pantone code for the colours of your logos. We’ll need the solid coated Pantone codes.

  • Yes you can. If you really need a printed sample, we can do it for you. However, do bear in mind that producing a single piece sample is costly.

  • We trust that your marketing team is well-acquainted with your Pantone Color Code. When we aim to match it with the nearest Pantone code for your design, you might notice some tiny variations from your original design or logo. Rest assured, we're dedicated to getting it as close as possible!

  • Change of design is only allowed subjected to the production phrase. Artwork and mould charges applies.

Printing and Embroidery

  • We can print from single colour to full colours but subjected to print-on materials and printing technology applied.

  • We provide Silkscreen, Hybrid Printing, UV Printing, and Direct to Film options.


  • We deliver every Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm, except Public Holidays.

  • Each order is inclusive of one complimentary delivery to one Malaysia address. If you need your gift to be delivered to more locations, do get in touch with us and we'll make the necessary arrangements.

  • Yes, you may self-collect your gifts from our office during office hours.

  • Yes, our items come with 7 Days replacement policy upon delivery date. If replacement is not possible within the 7 days replacement policy, a refund for the faulty item/s will be made.

  • Yes, we provide overseas delivery but it is subjected to designated country's import laws & regulation. Overseas shipping fees applies.

  • We will try our best to keep to the estimated delivery date. However in the event of unforeseen circumstances, orders might be delayed and we keep you updated on any delays and tracking progress as required.

Invoice and Payment

  • Payment can be made in cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card* or PayNow. Our Gift Experts will get in touch with you regarding payment once you've made your order. *subjected to 3.5% admin charges

  • Yes, we are registered under several platform such as GeBiz, Vendors@GOV, Sedsami, Tenderboard, Zycus, Coupa, Ariba etc.

  • Once your payment has been verified by our Finance Team, we'll send you a Paid Tax Invoice.
